Submit a claim<\/td><td>Provide the order or PI number if available, purchaser name or buyer company name, product model, serial or batch number, installation details, and clear photos or videos of the issue.<\/td><\/tr>\n        <tr><td>2. Remote diagnosis<\/td><td>CHIC reviews the evidence and may provide troubleshooting instructions, wiring guidance, installation checks, or a remote technical assessment.<\/td><\/tr>\n        <tr><td>3. Parts-based remedy<\/td><td>For an approved manufacturing defect, CHIC may send appropriate core replacement parts, such as a motor or control board, free of charge, including standard shipping, and provide remote technical guidance.<\/td><\/tr>\n        <tr><td>4. Exceptional return or replacement<\/td><td>Whole-unit return, repair, or replacement is not automatic. It requires CHIC\u2019s prior written authorization after technical assessment.<\/td><\/tr>\n      <\/tbody>\n    <\/table>\n  <\/div>\n\n  <h2>3. Warranty Exclusions<\/h2>\n  <p>This warranty does not cover misuse, improper or non-compliant installation, failure to follow product instructions, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear and tear, consumables, cosmetic damage that does not affect performance, accident, improper storage, incorrect voltage, power surge, fire, flood, pest damage, or force majeure events.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Replacement Parts and Units<\/h2>\n  <p>Any replacement part or replacement unit is covered only for the remaining portion of the original warranty period. CHIC may require reasonable evidence of the claimed defect before approving a warranty remedy.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>5.
