Purchases and Contract Documents<\/h2>\n  <p>KCvents accommodates retail customers as well as distributors, contractors, project buyers, and OEM\/ODM customers. For project, bulk, OEM\/ODM, or other negotiated orders, the applicable PI, quotation, purchase order accepted by CHIC, and signed agreement form the commercial contract. Where a signed agreement or PI conflicts with this page, the signed agreement or PI prevails.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>2. Prices may be revised before order confirmation where material, exchange-rate, freight, tax, or specification changes affect cost.<\/td><\/tr>\n        <tr><td>Payment<\/td><td>For retail checkout orders, the payment terms shown at checkout apply. For project, bulk, OEM\/ODM, or other negotiated orders, the payment method, deposit, balance, and due dates are stated in the PI or signed agreement. Production, release, or shipment may be delayed until the applicable payment milestone is received.<\/td><\/tr>\n        <tr><td>Order changes<\/td><td>Changes to a confirmed order require CHIC&#8217;s written acceptance. Website Use and Intellectual Property<\/h2>\n  <p>All website content, product designs, product images, specifications, drawings, manuals, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to CHIC. They may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, reverse engineered, or used to develop competing products without CHIC&#8217;s prior written consent.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>4. Product Information and Compliance<\/h2>\n  <p>Product information is provided for general commercial reference. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the selected product, electrical requirements, installation method, certifications, and local regulatory requirements are suitable for its intended application and destination market before placing an order.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>5. Policies and Remedies<\/h2>\n  <p>Returns and cancellations are governed by the <a href=\"\/ru\/refund-policy\/\">Refund &amp; Return Policy<\/a>. Product defects and after-sales remedies are governed by the <a href=\"\/ru\/warranty-policy\/\">Warranty &amp; After-Sales Policy<\/a>. Shipment, risk allocation, and import responsibilities are governed by the <a href=\"\/ru\/shipping-policy\/\">Shipping &amp; Trade Terms<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n  <h2>6. Updates<\/h2>\n  <p>CHIC may update these website terms from time to time.
