Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website, purchases, quotations, and commercial dealings with CHIC Technology Co., Ltd. ("CHIC", "KCvents", "we", "us").
1. Purchases and Contract Documents
KCvents accommodates retail customers as well as distributors, contractors, project buyers, and OEM/ODM customers. For project, bulk, OEM/ODM, or other negotiated orders, the applicable PI, quotation, purchase order accepted by CHIC, and signed agreement form the commercial contract. Where a signed agreement or PI conflicts with this page, the signed agreement or PI prevails.
2. Quotations, Pricing, and Payment

| Quotation validity | Unless otherwise stated in writing, quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the quotation date. |
| Pricing | Prices, currency, trade terms, and included services are those stated in the applicable quotation or PI. Prices may be revised before order confirmation where material, exchange-rate, freight, tax, or specification changes affect cost. |
| Payment | For retail checkout orders, the payment terms shown at checkout apply. For project, bulk, OEM/ODM, or other negotiated orders, the payment method, deposit, balance, and due dates are stated in the PI or signed agreement. Production, release, or shipment may be delayed until the applicable payment milestone is received. |
| Order changes | Changes to a confirmed order require CHIC’s written acceptance. The buyer is responsible for additional costs, revised lead time, and any non-recoverable materials or work caused by the change. |
3. Website Use and Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, product images, specifications, drawings, manuals, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to CHIC. They may not be copied, reproduced, published, distributed, reverse engineered, or used to develop competing products without CHIC’s prior written consent.
4. Product Information and Compliance
Product information is provided for general commercial reference. The buyer is responsible for confirming that the selected product, electrical requirements, installation method, certifications, and local regulatory requirements are suitable for its intended application and destination market before placing an order.
5. Policies and Remedies
Returns and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Return Policy. Product defects and after-sales remedies are governed by the Warranty & After-Sales Policy. Shipment, risk allocation, and import responsibilities are governed by the Shipping & Trade Terms.
6. Updates
CHIC may update these website terms from time to time. Updated terms apply to website use after publication; confirmed commercial orders remain governed by the applicable PI or signed agreement unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
