This warranty applies to each new KCvents Room Ventilators purchased for use KCvents authorized dealers, whereby the product has been supplied by KCvents.
This warranty covers services by KCvents or its authorized dealers.
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects and defects arising from normal usage within the warranty period. The company or its authorized dealers will at its option and without charge, repair or replace the defective components or parts of the product. Any parts replaced under this warranty shall become the property of KCvents. Warranty provisions are as below:
Residential installation : 1 year warranty
Commercial installation : 1 year warranty
Labor and service : 1 year from the date of purchase
This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidental abuse, failure to follow operating instructions, alterations, tampering, misuse, negligence or incorrect installations.
This warranty does not cover defects caused by the attack of household pests, fire, lighting, natural disaster, flood, pollution, abnormal voltage.
The warranty on replacement units (whenever necessary) will be limited to the unexpired term of the warranty on the original ventilator.
You are required to present the warranty card together with the purchase receipt for your warranty service, failing which the company or its authorized service dealer reserves the right to decline any warranty claim.
