Can these fans be used outdoors?
Yes, the IP44 protection grade allows temporary outdoor use under covered areas. Direct rain exposure is not recommended.
What is the power consumption cost?
At a $0.15/kWh electricity rate, estimated operating cost is about $0.015/hour for the 12″ model, $0.024/hour for the 16″ model, $0.028/hour for the 20″ model and $0.044/hour for the 24″ model.
Do you offer voltage customization?
Yes. KCVENTS can customize to 110V, 220V or 380V for bulk orders, with custom plug types available. MOQ is normally 50 units.
What is the lead time for bulk orders?
Stock 220V/50Hz models usually take 7-15 days. Custom voltage or branding usually takes 20-30 days. Sample orders normally take 3-5 days.
Is assembly required?
No assembly is required. The fan arrives fully assembled and ready to use. Simply unpack, plug in and start operation.
What is included in the warranty?
The 2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects, motor failure and structural issues. Normal wear and tear, misuse and damage from improper voltage are not covered.
