Shipping & Trade Terms
This policy applies to B2B shipments supplied by CHIC Technology Co., Ltd., including distributor, project, bulk, OEM/ODM, and other negotiated orders. The applicable quotation, Proforma Invoice ("PI"), purchase order, or signed agreement controls where it differs from this page.
Individual and retail customers: This page does not apply to personal or retail orders. Please refer to the ECvents Shipping Policy for retail shipping information.
1. Trade Terms
Trade terms are interpreted in accordance with Incoterms 2020. The exact Incoterm, named place or port, shipment method, insurance arrangement, and allocation of costs and risk must be stated in the applicable PI or signed agreement.

2. Production and Delivery Estimates

Lead times and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. CHIC is not responsible for delays caused by carrier disruption, port congestion, customs inspection, force majeure, incomplete buyer information, late payment, or changes requested by the buyer.
3. Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs
For all non-DDP shipments, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for import permits, product registration, local compliance, customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges. The buyer must provide accurate consignee and customs information and respond promptly to carrier or customs requests.
4. Delivery Issues
